Complex Claims International in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Loss Adjuster for an on-site role to investigate, assess, and report on complex property and commercial losses. You will gather evidence, review coverage, quantify losses, and negotiate settlements with insurers and clients.

The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, English fluency, and the ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.

Competenze

• Strong claims handling skills, including investigation, assessment, and documentation of complex losses.
• Experience in claims management and adjustments, with end-to-end claim lifecycle management and settlements negotiation.
• Solid understanding of insurance principles and coverage interpretation, especially in property and commercial lines.
• Practical experience with property claims, evaluating damage and estimating repair costs, liaising with technical experts.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., chartered loss adjuster) or progress toward certification is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
