Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in landscape design, construction, and supervision with proven delivery.
- Proficiency in landscape design software and CAD tools is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design review process and align with project goals and specs.
- Supervise construction activities with site inspections for quality and safety.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely materials/services.
- Collaborate to resolve technical landscape challenges with innovative solutions.
- Inspect and test landscape works against standards and specs.
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure environmental compliance and promote sustainability.
