Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Valid professional engineering license or equivalent certification.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and environmental stewardship.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
