Job summary

THC Consulting FZE is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager for Qatar to drive growth in the medical aesthetics market. You will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with dermatology clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic practitioners.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience in medical aesthetics or aesthetic dermatology, with strong sales capabilities and the ability to translate relationships into sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

Experience in medical aesthetics or aesthetic dermatology is required.
Proven track record in key account management, territory sales, and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centres, hospitals, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic physicians.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base in Qatar.
Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives, and KPIs through strategic account management and customer engagement.
Develop and implement tailored account plans based on customer needs and market potential.
Build relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and key opinion leaders.
Promote the company’s medical aesthetics portfolio and support product education.
