Job summary

PIH seeks an experienced Internal Auditor to execute risk-based audits across its capital projects and construction portfolio in Doha. You will test controls, develop RCMs, and report findings with clear risk ratings and actionable remediation plans.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CIA/CFE preferred, 6–8 years in internal audit within EPC/infrastructure contexts. Willingness to relocate to Doha is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred or in progress (CIA, CPA, CFE, or equivalent).
• Minimum 6-8 years of internal audit experience with construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk-based internal audit engagements across PIH's capital projects and construction portfolio.
• Test and evaluate project controls, develop RCMs, and distinguish DE from OE.
• Perform fieldwork, gather evidence, and document workpapers to support conclusions.
• Draft audit findings, discuss observations with stakeholders, and ensure actionable remediation.
• Track open findings through remediation and support planning with the Internal Audit Manager.
