Job summary

One Thousand Walls is looking for an Estimator based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in estimating, particularly with interior fit-out projects, and will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture. Key responsibilities include selecting subcontractors, site visits for project assessment, and compiling tender documents. Proficiency in Excel and pricing software is required, along with excellent time management skills and a good command of English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years in Estimating.
• Familiarity with Interior fit-out projects or architectural finishes.
• Ability to manage others assigned to the bid.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking a tender from start through to finalisation.
• Selects suitable subcontractors for the works based on project requirements.
• Visits the site and carries out a site report summary.
