You will mentor a diverse team, manage resources and timelines, and ensure briefs and deliverables meet strategic objectives while collaborating with account management, strategy, production, and technology to win client confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, or related field.
• 3–5 years in senior creative leadership roles such as Creative Group Head.
• Experience as a Creative Director is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, campaign development, and client presentation skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop creative teams.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction across major projects and client presentations.
• Maintain high creative standards across digital, print, video and social.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the creative team.
• Allocate resources based on scope, deadlines, and capacity.
• Ensure briefs, timelines, and deliverables are clear before development.
• Review work to meet creative, strategic and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Strategy, Production, Operations, and Technology.
• Present concepts and defend recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Balance creative ambitions with budgets and timelines.
• Stay updated on trends and industry developments.
