Job summary

Malomatia in Qatar is seeking lead IBM BPM/BAW professionals to architect and implement automated business process management solutions. The role focuses on designing architectures, guiding end-to-end IBM BPM/BAW projects, and delivering knowledge transfer to clients within a dynamic IT services setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IBM BPM/BAW and J2EE experience, with strong SQL Server/DB2 skills, and a deep understanding of integration across modules to drive measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development life cycle of IBM BPM/BAW implementations – Assess, Design, Build, Deploy and Evolve
• Utilize IBM BPM/BAW, business knowledge and technical skills to deliver IBM BPM/BAW and J2EE solutions and initiatives
• Adhere to development methodologies, standards, naming conventions and best practices
• Develop technical architecture designs which support a robust solution taking into account user and technical requirements
• Complete project related documentation (naming standards, technical specifications, test plans etc.) during the different stages of the project
• Deliver training and provide knowledge transfer to end user clients
• Work with our clients to identify new areas within the business where the IBM Business Process Manger and its related technology stack software can be utilized to drive business results
