Job summary

Malomatia invites an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead business architecture initiatives in Qatar. You will connect strategy with capabilities, value streams, services, processes and organisational responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the EA framework.

You will model current and target-state architectures, validate with stakeholders, and drive architecture governance and roadmaps across portfolios.

Qualifications

• TOGAF and architecture concepts knowledge.
• Ability to translate strategy into architecture views.
• Experience producing architecture diagrams and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business capability maps, value streams, service catalogues and viewpoints.
• Analyse objectives and stakeholder needs to derive architecture requirements and roadmaps.
• Establish traceability between strategy, capabilities, services, processes, applications and initiatives.
• Collaborate with business owners to validate current and target-state models and priorities.
• Support transformation decisions with architecture insights and recommendations.
• Promote EA governance, modelling standards and quality controls; contribute to ARB material.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate findings to business and technology stakeholders.
• Contribute to EA content framework, KPIs and continuous-improvement activities.
