Employment is seeking a Principal HSES Specialist to lead and implement HSE Management Systems in alignment with corporate and client requirements. The role requires senior expertise, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage audits, compliance, and budgetary responsibilities on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in HSES related field.
• 7-8 years of HSE Experience within the Energy Industry.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Trained ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001, or 45001)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and other relevant online applications

Responsabilités

• Develop, lead implementation, and ensure HSE Management System is in line with corporate, legislative, and client requirements.
• Develop an integrated approach to HSES Risk Management process.
• Lead Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
• Plan and execute internal and external HSES audits and compliance assurance programs.
• Prepare HSES budget and ensure compliance.
