Job summary

Elegancia Services Group is seeking a Senior HSE Officer to oversee Health, Safety, Environment and Food Safety compliance across catering and restaurant operations.

You will implement HSE programs, conduct inspections, ensure HACCP compliance, lead trainings, and coordinate with management to maintain regulatory and client standards. A NEBOSH and HACCP background is required along with 3-5 years in hospitality HSE.

Qualifications

• HSE management experience in catering or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety and food safety standards.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and food safety standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and food safety violations.
• Deliver HSE and hygiene training to employees.
• Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.
• Prepare HSE reports, corrective action plans, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with management to maintain regulatory and client compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills, and incident response activities.
