PPOAR is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will lead and train a team, establish cleanliness standards, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping leadership.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.

• Proficient with basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Train, manage, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle guest complaints regarding housekeeping.
• Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff.
