Job summary

EliteService Staffing in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly experienced House Manager to oversee a large household for an Indian family. The role includes supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, planning events, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years in a similar role within high-end settings, excellent English communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Relocation to Al-Rayyan may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a House Manager or in high-end settings.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the household including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and other tasks.
• Manage household staff including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluations.
• Create and maintain budgets for household expenses.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as repairs and maintenance.
• Plan and organize events and gatherings for the family.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and oversee purchases.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for family members.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
