Qualifications

• Previous House Manager or similar role in a high-end household.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Contract-based availability.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, event planning and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the household, including staff supervision, scheduling and training.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for household maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain household budgets and inventory levels for supplies.
• Plan and execute events and special occasions hosted at the residence.
• Ensure the security and safety of the residence at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the homeowners to understand their preferences and expectations.
