Job Title House Manager for Indian Family in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized House Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of a large household for an Indian family in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple properties, staff and budgets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the household including cleaning, cooking, laundry and other household tasks
• Manage household staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations
• Create and maintain budgets for household expenses
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as repairs and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a House Manager or similar role in a high-end household or hotel setting

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Indian customs, traditions and cuisine preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to Al-Rayyan if not already residing there
