Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency seeks a senior procurement professional with extensive healthcare experience to lead sourcing, tenders and supplier negotiations in Qatar. You will oversee local and international suppliers, ensure timely delivery of medical supplies, and manage procurement costs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Procurement, Logistics, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, Pharmacy or related field from a recognised university.
• Master's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management with 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing critical clinical products and managing tenders and contracts.
• Negotiating with suppliers and controlling procurement costs.
• Managing local and international suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory compliance; familiarity with ERP systems and supplier coordination.
