Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 8–10 years in hospital operations or healthcare management.
• 3–5 years in managerial/leadership role.
• Experience in hospital/clinic healthcare environment.
• Proven budget, vendor oversight and KPI monitoring experience.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with HIS, ERP and related systems.
