Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional full-stack or combined frontend/backend development.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade full-stack solutions.
• Experience in agile/scrum environments and end-to-end stack ownership.
• Strong React.js expertise with modern hooks, performance optimisations, and testing.
• Secure authentication and authorisation using OAuth 2.0 and Azure AD.
• Experience with microservices, serverless patterns, and data modelling.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend architectures with modular React components and scalable state management.
• Design and implement stateless RESTful APIs and microservices-backed backends.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and alignment between API contracts and models.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into solid designs.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, write documentation, and participate in code reviews.
• Optimise performance across database, API, and UI layers.
