Job summary

Snoonu in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to shape the UI and user experience of our fast-growing products. You will own frontend features end-to-end, collaborating with designers and backend teams to deliver responsive, high-performance web applications.

You will implement components with React.js, Material-UI or Ant Design, manage state with Redux Toolkit or Recoil, write unit tests, review code, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with a UI library like Ant Design or Material-UI and its components.
• Experience with Recoil or Redux for state management.
• Experience with React Query for data fetching and caching.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Skills to optimize frontend performance, minimize load times, and reduce resource usage.
• Proficiency in frontend testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library).
• Good communication skills to collaborate directly with designers and product managers to build delightful user experiences
