Job summary

UCC Holding in Qatar seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the FP&A function and drive the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across the group. You will oversee country- and asset-level budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and performance reporting to support senior management and shareholders.

The role requires 12+ years in FP&A with senior leadership experience in upstream oil & gas, strong knowledge of petroleum economics, budgeting, cash calls and JV/JOA structures, and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A / financial performance experience.
• Senior leadership experience mandatory.
• Strong upstream Oil & Gas domain knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage long-term financial plans, monthly forecasts and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and insights for senior management and shareholders.
• Review budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, OPEX for country and asset levels.
• Support petroleum economics, scenario modelling and investment decisions.
• Oversee FP&A reporting and KPIs.
