Job summary

Nichehr Global in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution for a growing FMCG and beverage business.

You will manage three warehouses, optimize inventory, ensure timely deliveries, and work with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Finance to maintain product availability.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years in logistics, are skilled in ERP/WMS, KPI tracking, and leading warehouse teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• >> 8–15 years of logistics and warehouse management experience.
• >> Experience in Food & Beverage logistics / FMCG.
• >> Proven track record managing multiple warehouses (3+ locations).
• >> Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS and logistics cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• > Lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across the business.
• > Manage and oversee operations across 3-4 warehouses, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, loading, dispatch and stock control.
• > Ensure optimal warehouse utilisation and inventory accuracy, product availability, and efficient stock movement.
• > Plan and manage transportation and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• > Develop delivery schedules, optimise routes and fleet utilisation.
• > Manage relationships with transporters, 3PLs, and external partners.
• > Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, fleet utilisation, and logistics costs.
• > Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless availability.
• > Implement FIFO/FEFO and warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and best practices.
• > Drive continuous improvement in warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
