Apply Now is seeking a Procurement professional for FMCG supply chain operations in Doha, Qatar. You will source high-quality raw materials and finished goods, establish supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.

You will conduct market research, monitor supplier performance, and manage inventory to minimize stockouts and carrying costs while aligning with demand fluctuations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, specifically within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure high-quality raw materials and finished goods for the FMCG sector, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply chains.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and service level agreements to optimize costs and delivery times.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks within the fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Manage inventory levels effectively, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and reduce carrying costs while meeting demand fluctuations.
