PixelWave Studios in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Senior Florist to design and oversee floral creations for weddings, events and corporate functions. You will lead a team of florists, source quality blooms, and ensure timely delivery with top-quality arrangements.

The role demands strong floral design skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage inventories and training. A high school diploma and floral design experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; floral design certification is a plus.
• Proven florist experience with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of flower types, colors, arrangements, and designs.
• Ability to create unique designs that meet client expectations.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.
• Good English communication.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements per client preferences and event themes.
• Source high-quality flowers and materials for arrangements.
