Responsibilities include sourcing fresh flowers, maintaining arrangements, and setting up displays in shop and at events. English communication, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Floral Designer or similar role.
• Creative flair and passion for floral design.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery.
• Familiarity with design principles such as color theory, balance, and proportion.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus).
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements per client requests.
• Source and purchase fresh flowers from suppliers.
• Care and maintain flowers for longevity.
• Follow current trends in floral design.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs.
