Job summary

Abroad Work in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a talented Senior Florist to design stunning arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the floral department and supervise junior florists.

Key requirements include at least 5 years of florist experience, strong design sense, and excellent knowledge of various flowers. Fluency in English is preferred with Arabic a plus. Accommodation and transport are provided by the company.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a florist.
• Creative flair with a strong eye for design.
• Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and their characteristics.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and preferences
• Source and order flowers and other materials needed for arrangements
• Manage the inventory of flowers and supplies
• Train and supervise junior florists
• Ensure that all arrangements are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
