We are hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Florist to join our team in Al-Rayyan As a Senior Florist you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings birthdays and corporate events You will also be in charge of managing a team of florists and ensuring that all orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
• Source high-quality flowers and materials for arrangements
• Manage a team of florists providing guidance and training when needed
• Ensure all orders are completed on time while maintaining high quality standards
• Maintain inventory of flowers supplies and equipment
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into creations
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and fulfilling their requests
• Handle administrative tasks such as order tracking invoicing and record keeping

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification in floral design is a plus
• Proven experience as a florist with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Knowledge of different flower types colors arrangements and designs
• Ability to create unique designs that meet client expectations
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina to work long hours standing

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month

Location

This job is located in Al-Rayyan but is open to Filipino nationals or foreigners with experience in similar roles English‑speaking candidates are preferred
