Job summary

PPOAR in Al-Khor is seeking a talented Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team on a part-time basis. You will create beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday needs, selecting flowers and materials, and ensuring high standards of presentation.

This role requires experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with clients to realize their visions. Arabic fluency is preferred, English is an asset, and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or Florist.
• Knowledge of flowers, plants and floral design techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in Arabic; English is a plus.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday floral needs. This is a part‑time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create unique floral arrangements based on client requests and preferences
• Select the freshest and most appropriate flowers for each arrangement
• Arrange flowers in a visually appealing and artistic manner
• Maintain proper care of flowers to ensure their freshness and longevity
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep up‑to‑date with current trends in floral design to offer creative and innovative designs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or Florist
• Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication skills with fluency in Arabic (English proficiency is an asset)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
