Responsibilities include sourcing fresh flowers, maintaining arrangements, and setting up displays in shop and at events. English communication, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Floral Designer or similar role.
• Creative flair and passion for floral design.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery.
• Familiarity with design principles such as color theory, balance, and proportion.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus).
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have own transportation.

Floral Designer

We are a busy flower shop located in Al-Rayyan and we are seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements according to client's requests and preferences
• Source and purchase fresh flowers from suppliers
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of flowers to ensure their longevity
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of orders
• Set up displays in the shop and at event venues

Salary

This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. This can be negotiated based on experience and skill level.

Accommodation

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. However, we can provide assistance with finding suitable housing if needed.

This is an urgent need for our busy flower shop. We are looking for someone who can start immediately or within the next two weeks.
