Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for strategic decisions. The role includes month-end close, variance analysis, and preparation of financial statements.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 8 years of experience, with 5+ years in financial analysis. The ideal candidate has large-scale construction project experience and SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/CA/CMA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in financial analysis or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategy and planning.
• Conduct variance and trend analyses and develop financial models for projects.
• Monitor project financial performance, cost control, and profitability on large-scale construction projects.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, accrual reviews, and financial reporting.
• Prepare audited statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with project, operations, procurement, and commercial teams for accurate reporting.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and deliver dashboards and presentations for management.
