Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations in HIA Lounge, ensure quality and waste control.
• Manage staffing on duty, assign tasks, and train kitchen personnel.
• Monitor food production, inventory, and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment upkeep according to regulations.
• Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and support menu development.
