Job summary

Gender is seeking a Senior Exchange / Microsoft 365 Consultant for its Qatar operations. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of hands-on experience with Exchange and enterprise messaging, and strong AD/Azure skills.

The role involves engaging with large, regulated environments across banking, healthcare, government, and financial services. Responsibilities include integration with email gateways and security appliances, plus ensuring secure identity management and access control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in Exchange and enterprise messaging platforms.
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments is preferred (banking/financial services/healthcare/government).
• Microsoft certifications are preferred: Microsoft 365 Messaging; Security, Compliance, and Identity certifications.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD), Azure AD / Entra ID, identity synchronization, and access control models.
• Deep knowledge of DNS, certificates, network security, TLS, and proxy-based integrations.
• Experience supporting and integrating messaging solutions with proxy, gateway, and security appliances (email gateways, CAS proxy, inspection devices).
