Job summary

Vodafone Doha is seeking an experienced project manager to coordinate delivery of Enterprise Customer solutions spanning Fixed, Mobile and Managed Services. You will organize all stages of the project cycle, ensuring timely, quality and budget-compliant delivery, with milestones and customer acceptance through to first bill check.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in IT/telecommunications project management, a Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/IT, and certifications such as PRINCE2 or

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience in a telecommunications or IT environment with expertise in project management tools.
• Experience in Enterprise Markets & Customers.
• Deliver Projects within defined financial, time and quality targets.
• Revenue realisation through timely project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities for Enterprise Customer solutions covering Fixed/Mobile and Managed Services.
• Facilitate identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies for each project and ensure delivery.
• Regular status update meeting with line manager in ensuring all ongoing deliveries are on track, support requirement
• Maintain and update a database of project related documents.
• Organize all stages of the project cycle for Enterprise Customers within agreed time, quality and budget plan, Quality acceptance by customer of all deliverables up to and including ‘first bill check’.
• Achieve 100% performance on all project milestones and KPI’s (Time, Quality and Budget).
• Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
