Job summary

CESCO in Qatar seeks an experienced Technical Manager (ELV & Fire Alarm Systems) to lead engineering activities across complex construction projects. You will oversee design reviews, system integration, testing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with local authorities and international standards.

The role requires 8–12 years of ELV and Fire Alarm experience, with GCC exposure preferred. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver robust life-safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years specializing in ELV and Fire Alarm Systems engineering.
• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, airport, governmental, military, mixed-use, and data center projects.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design reviews, technical submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical approvals.
• Manage technical coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Oversee Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems engineering reviews, calculations, layouts, and authority approvals.
• Support Testing & Commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, handover, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and international standards.
