Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG seeks a Senior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team on-site across facilities in Qatar. You will oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning support, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate has a Higher National Diploma in engineering and at least 8 years in oil and gas or petrochemical environments, with proficiency in English, SAP/CMMS, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Computer literate with MS Office, SAP and CMMS experience.
• Good adaptability to multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance jobs and ensure safe execution.
• Maintain understanding of QLMS processes and compliance with EH&S procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety measures before starting work.
• Troubleshoot and repair critical equipment during breakdowns and analyze failures.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and technicians to solve complex problems.
• Review work orders and ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless maintenance execution.
• Support FEED, hazard studies, risk assessments, commissioning, and warranty work with PMT/EPC.
