Job summary

Qlink software is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / QA/QC Electrician in Qatar. You will oversee small teams of electricians on residential and commercial sites, ensuring work meets KAHRAMAA standards and is completed correctly the first time.

Responsibilities include site leadership, quality inspection, testing, safety compliance, and smooth handover to clients with professional presentation. Strong English and QA/QC mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on electrical experience in Qatar.
• Experience in a supervisory/QA/QC role.
• Knowledge of KAHRAMAA regulations and local standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electricians on-site daily.
• Inspect distribution boards, cable management, and equipment for quality and presentation.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and promote professional conduct.
• Train electricians to improve workmanship and consistency.
• Perform electrical testing and approve installations before handover.
• Ensure compliance with KAHRAMAA regulations and safety practices.
