Job summary

Cesam Click Digital Marketing Services seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for clients. You will oversee multichannel strategies, manage budgets, and guide a team of digital specialists to deliver measurable commercial results.

The role requires strong performance marketing, client management and analytics experience, with English fluency and knowledge of the Gulf market being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or agency account management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing campaigns, clients or digital marketing teams.
• Strong experience with paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing and campaign analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage substantial advertising budgets and improve campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization and marketing funnels.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and targets.
• Plan and oversee campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, content and organic social media.
• Improve lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions and ROAS through optimization.
• Allocate and monitor digital marketing budgets for efficient spend and performance.
• Manage and support digital marketing executives, paid media specialists, SEO pros, content creators and social team members.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals and present strategies, results and recommendations.
• Oversee SEO, keyword strategy, website content and editorial planning to increase organic visibility.
• Guide social media strategy, content calendars, community engagement and paid social campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance with analytics and reporting tools, identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare clear performance reports covering traffic, engagement, leads, conversions and CAC.
• Collaborate with design/content/dev teams to improve landing pages and conversions.
• Monitor competitors, audience behavior, platform developments and emerging trends.
• Review campaign materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand compliance.
