Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, or Change Management certification is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital product development, digital transformation, or engineering/technology enabled improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and early-stage discovery for digital initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to define problems, opportunities and requirements.
• Oversee third-party conceptualization work and ensure deliverables meet governance standards.
