Maseera is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity Specialist) to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across IT and OT domains in Doha. You will manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of security solutions while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong project management and cybersecurity expertise, with experience in vendor management, risk, and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• PMP/CISSP is a plus.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity field; 5+ years in cybersecurity project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, OT, and business units.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues; report to program management.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Drive implementation of SIEM, PAM, XDR, and other security solutions.
