Job summary

Link X Talent is seeking a Content Manager to lead the company’s creative activities across graphic design, video content and social media. You will manage designers, oversee brand identity and ensure high quality across digital channels.

You will develop concepts for campaigns, coordinate with marketing and business teams, and drive content calendars while staying ahead of social trends. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience managing graphic designers and video editors.
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar.
• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication and team‑management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide graphic designers and video editors, allocating tasks and monitoring delivery.
• Develop creative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, and brand communications.
• Oversee the production of graphics, videos, reels, animations, and other visual content.
• Manage the company’s social media content and creative direction, ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Work closely with marketing and business teams to translate campaigns and ideas into engaging creative content.
• Review and approve creative work to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and creative plans for social media platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, visual trends, content formats, and emerging creative tools.
• Manage multiple creative projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, or other creative partners when required.
