Job summary

DUTCH DESIGN AGENCY is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Doha studio. You will lead design across branding, campaigns, and digital and print touchpoints, translating strategy into visually compelling solutions while maintaining high craft standards.

You’ll collaborate with a global team and drive concepts from brief to delivery. Fluent Arabic and English, 5+ years in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are required.

Qualifications

• A degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in branding or advertising.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, campaigns, and multi-channel work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Qatar with a valid QID (minimum 6 months validity).
• Attested education certificates and transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of concepts across branding, campaigns, and touchpoints.
• Translate strategic directions into high-quality visual solutions.
• Own design projects from concept through delivery and refinement.
• Develop brand identities, key visuals, campaigns, and assets.
• Create assets across print, digital, and motion.
• Localise work accurately across Arabic and English.
• Collaborate with teams across offices in Figma and other tools.
• Present ideas and design decisions to internal teams and clients.
• Review work and provide constructive design feedback.
• Apply AI tools to support ideation and production.
• Maintain visual consistency and cultural relevance across deliverables.
