Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Commissioning Manager in Qatar to lead pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance. The role entails overseeing operations, maintenance, and handover with a strong focus on risk management and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 15 years of hands-on experience in the oil and gas sector, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 15 years of professional hands-on experience as a Commissioning Manager in oil and gas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE procedures for each activity are applied.
• Manage Pre-Comm, Comm, Start-up activities and related reports.
• Coordinate different parties to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure plant handover and Comm dossiers preparation.
• Maintain client relationships during operations.
