• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely project execution.
• Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, and material requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and facilities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
