Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in interior fittings and building maintenance.
• Residence within Qatar with a company visa and transfer of sponsorship.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office, and knowledge of Qatari building regulations.
• Qatari driving license, Gulf experience, and knowledge of electromechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all interior finishing and outfitting works.
• Management of routine and corrective maintenance and rehabilitation of buildings.
• Field inspection to ensure quality, safety and conformity to plans.
• Calculating quantities, estimating costs, and providing for needs.
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to adhere to the schedule and budget.
