Job summary

Client of Universal Staffing Services seeks an experienced HVAC technician for on-site work in Doha, Qatar, focusing on chiller systems and related HVAC equipment. The role involves managing FCU/AHU and ventilation maintenance, refrigerant handling, and coordinating with vendors.

The candidate will perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, monitor system parameters, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

Candidate must have a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in related HVAC/chiller maintenance.

Responsibilities

Overhaul, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of FCU, AHU and ventilation systems.
Perform refrigerant recovery, purification and piping tasks as required.
Supervise and coordinate external vendors on site.
Conduct leak checks, nitrogen charging and refrigerant handling.
Log operating parameters and prepare routine technical reports.
Maintain safety protocols and compliance with labor regulations.
