Job summary

Ideal Solutions is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Solution Architect to shape secure, scalable cloud architectures for enterprise and government clients in Doha. Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Azure architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience designing secure, scalable Azure environments for enterprise/government clients.
• Strong knowledge of Azure governance, security, identity, networking, resilience, and operational readiness.
• Experience with Azure Landing Zones, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices.
• Experience preparing architecture documentation and operational handover requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable, and well-governed Microsoft Azure solutions for enterprise and government clients.
• Establish and enhance Azure Landing Zones, governance frameworks, subscription structures, policies, RBAC, and environment standards.
• Design secure identity, access, networking, and connectivity architectures with security, resilience, auditability and compliance.
• Lead or support Azure deployments using Infrastructure as Code and controlled DevOps practices.
• Define architecture requirements for monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, resilience, and operational readiness.
• Support architecture decisions across applications, integrations, data, analytics, and AI-related workloads where applicable.
• Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, RFP/RFI reviews, architecture discussions, and solution positioning.
• Review technical deliverables, identify risks, and ensure solutions meet architectural and production-readiness standards.
• Strengthen internal Azure capabilities through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
