Job summary

NFA Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Architect – Grade A for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead design development, coordinate with engineers and clients, and oversee projects from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Architecture, Qatar Grade A registration, 5+ years' experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Valid Qatar Engineering Classification / Registration - Grade A.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural designs, drawings and plans.
• Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Follow up on projects from design stage through execution.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications and technical submissions.
• Conduct site visits and monitor architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality requirements, regulations and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities for project approvals when required.
• Review project progress and resolve architectural/technical issues.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of architectural deliverables.
