Job summary

Boeing Qatar Incorporated in Al Udeid, Qatar is seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support our AH-64 operations. The role involves reviewing non-conformances, performing root cause analyses, and ensuring compliance with QMS and contract requirements.

Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, developing corrective actions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely problem resolution. Occasional weekend/overtime shifts are expected; U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in either aircraft operations, maintenance or training related to aircraft operations and/or maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements.
• Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to QMS requirements and contract/government requirements.
• Applies knowledge of aerospace design and systems to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components.
• Trains and mentors fellow employees in the Quality Management System.
• Develops corrective/preventive actions and documents resolutions to assure problem resolution.
