Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Quality Production Specialist to support the F-15 Qatar Program at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with quality directives, processes and standards across hardware, software and suppliers.

Candidates should have 3+ years in quality or inspection on military aircraft, experience with QMS, and be willing to work variable shifts and obtain US security clearance. The position is on-site in Qatar with relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with F-15 or comparable fighter aircraft.
• 3+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Reviews proposals, contracts, and requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.
• Prepares and maintains quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics.
• Analyzes data to identify root causes and develop preventive or corrective actions.
• Conducts hardware, software and system audits to ensure compliance with QMS and standards.
• Works with stakeholders to provide material disposition and coordinate management reviews.
