Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using accounting software to maintain books and records.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory compliance in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts using the company’s accounting software.
• Record daily financial transactions and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Reconcile bank, customer and supplier accounts, credit cards and petty cash.
• Process supplier invoices, purchase orders and payments; manage ledgers.
• Support payroll preparation, VAT and other statutory requirements in Qatar.
• Assist with year-end closing and liaise with external auditors.
