Job summary

NBOX Logistics is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle, supervise the team, and handle complex billing for warehousing and last-mile delivery services in Doha. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, a strong understanding of CBM-based storage billing, and is fluent in Arabic.

Must be available immediately in Qatar and have experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Arabic language proficiency required.
• Must be currently available in Qatar.
• Experience in 3PL, Warehousing, Logistics, or Last-Mile Delivery.
• Strong Excel and accounting/ERP software skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle and supervise the accounting team
• Prepare and review customer invoices for warehousing, storage, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services
• Calculate and verify CBM-based storage charges according to contracts and rate cards
• Handle billing for inbound/outbound, picking, packing, handling, and other warehouse services
• Reconcile last-mile delivery records with customer billing
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure accurate and complete billing
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management analysis
• Support audits, compliance, and internal financial controls
